Welcome to La Terrasse des Sources, a charming 3-star furnished apartment located on the first floor (with elevator) of a newly renovated former hotel. We offer this apartment in the heart of Vichy's thermal district, which, along with 10 other major European spa towns, has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2021. This is a non-smoking apartment.
Located within the "Golden Triangle," a 7-minute walk from the thermal baths, the apartment faces the Parc des Sources and offers all amenities within easy reach (shops, restaurants, casino, walks along the Allier River, train station). This central location will make getting around easy and allow you to explore the treasures of the Queen of Spa Towns primarily on foot.
The one-bedroom apartment (38 m²) has two entrances – one for the bedroom and one for the living room – leading to a large, very quiet terrace (55 m²) overlooking an interior courtyard. This terrace is ideal for relaxing and enjoying meals outdoors, and we provide a table, rug and garden chairs, sun loungers, and a parasol.
La Terrasse des Sources has an indoor parking space at the foot of the building (with a minimum entrance width of 2.44 m and a minimum height of 2.37 m), allowing you to park your vehicle free of charge and securely throughout your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, two induction hobs, a range hood, and all the necessary cookware for your spa treatment. The apartment offers ample storage and sleeping accommodations for two (a double bed (140x190 cm) and a double sofa bed (140x190 cm) with a quick and easy manual opening mechanism in the living room), a functional bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and fiber optic internet to keep you connected with loved ones.
Rates:
- Spa package (21 nights): €900 for 1 or 2 people
- Linen rental (towels, household linens, and bed linens for your stay): €40
- Additional night: €50
- Security deposit: €500
In addition, there is the applicable tourist tax at the time of booking and a mandatory linen rental fee.
A deposit of €225 is required upon booking.
Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm, and check-out is by 10 am.
