In 1905, Dr. Eugène Willemin commissioned architect Antoine Percilly to build the Chalet Saint-Sauveur as an extension of the distinctive atmosphere of the Second Empire chalets.
After the Second Empire, two other chalets were built in the same style: the Chalet Saint-Sauveur at no. 103, completed in 1905 for the Willemin family, and the Villa Thérapia at no. 11 for banker Ernest André. This chalet was demolished in the 1980s to build the new Hôtel des Célestins.
